Safety
City centre safety is a BID priority. We have a number of initiatives working to increase incident reporting and to support the evening economy.
Street Auditing & Waste Improvements
Cleanliness is often mentioned as key concern of retailers. We report environmental issues to Stirling Council and make improvements ourselves where we can.
Grant Funding
We assist our members in improving their operations through grant schemes. We run a shop front improvement grant scheme and in the past we ran an e-commerce grant & an emergency response grants. We also signpost them to sources of funding.
Key Partnerships
We keep the BID front and centre at all times by having a relationship with a number of local partnerships such as Retailers Against Crime, Forth Valley Food & Drink, Forth Valley College and STEP.
Pubwatch & Radios
“Banned from one - Banned from all’. We administer Stirling's Pubwatch which involves majority of the city’s licensed premises working together to deter and prevent troublemakers from creating an unpleasant environment for customers and staff.
